最近，美国民主党候选人伯尼 • 桑德斯就放话：“我若当选，一定告诉大家外星人的秘密。”

长久以来在各种科幻影视作品中，美国总统总是被描绘成最了解外星人的人。动不动就被洗脑，被控制。

比如美剧《吃脑外星虫》就讲坐在美国国会山里的议员们，其实大脑都让外星虫子吃了……

所以桑德斯的这番言论，也正好契合了一些美国人对外星人的好奇心。

周二参加了一档受大众欢迎的广播节目Joe Rogan Experience，这位总统候选人谈及了美国当前面临的，一系列紧迫的国内外问题。但是在节目结束之前，主持人Joe Rogan问道：

“If you got into the office and you found out something about aliens, if you found out something about UFOs, would you let us know?” Rogan asked.

“如果你做了总统，发现了一些关于外星人的事情，如果你发现了一些关于UFO的事情，你会告诉我们吗？”罗根问道。

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders has promised not to withhold any information he might learn about UFOs if he becomes president, explaining that his spouse would “demand” that he be forthcoming with the American people.

佛蒙特州参议员伯尼•桑德斯承诺，如果他成为总统，不会向公众隐瞒任何有关UFO的信息。他解释说他的爱人会“要求”他对美国民众知无不言。

He said that his spouse isn’t a “UFO nut,” but is always asking if he has “access to records” about extraterrestrial life.
