Main Job Duties
1. Develop and convert sales opportunities into sales of computer hardware, software and ICT services;
2. Identify and compile lists of prospective client businesses;
3. visit clients to maintain relationship, establish selling opportunities and product training;
4. Assess customers' needs and explain the goods and services to meet their needs;
5. Plan and promote products to existing and prospective clients;
6. Quote price, complete contracts and record orders;
7. report sales volume made and the marketability of products and services;
8. follow up with clients to make sure they are satisfied with our products;
9. follow up with clients to resolve any after-sale problems.
Responsibilities
1. Implementing the business plan as determined by the company;
2. Reporting to and being accountable to senior management of the company;
3. Carrying out such lawful directions as given by the parent company. These include directions from other employees appointed by the company to give directions and policies and procedures announced by the company;
4. Carrying out any duties which are within the employee's skill and competence.
Qualification and Skill Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant major preferred but not essential, relevant filed of work experience;
2. Over 3 years of work experience. Software, IT, Technology background is highly desirable
3. Deep understanding and knowledge of the Australian market is essential, while knowledge of and experience in MSI Computer is preferred
