Senior Telecommunications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot internet and business network infrastructures.
- Deploy and support PBX, VoIP, and unified communication systems.
- Configure and maintain enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments.
- Assist in the design and implementation of cybersecurity frameworks for business clients.
- Lead cloud infrastructure setup and migrations for SMEs.
- Provide technical expertise in client meetings and project scoping.
- Mentor junior technicians and provide leadership on projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, routing, switching, and VoIP technologies.
- Experience with PBX systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and project coordination abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Both English & Mandarin).
- Ability to lead and support junior staff in technical operations.
